Rotray Lobe Pump
●The pump can transport viscosity of 1 million cp, as well as containing solid particles of the medium, also applies to the
transport process is easy to foam the medium, the pump transported by the medium to maintain the original quality unchanged, will
not play any physical and chemical reaction
●Pump body are 304/316 stainless steel round steel CNC machining and become, the seal adopts the external rotation, static ring
mechanical seal, can be washed, wear-resistant and non-leakage, the sealing ring are using food-grade silica gel ring.
●The pump is precision machined by CNC, unique design, rotor and pump cavity to maintain a certain gap between the various
components, complementary contact, not easy to wear and tear, low noise, good reliability, long service life.
●Applicable temperature: -50 °C -250 °C.
●Material：304/316 Stainless Steel.
●Seal type：Mechanical Seal and Packing Seal.

Lobe rotor pumps rely on two synchronised counter-rotor rotors to generate suction (vacuum) at the inlet during rotation to draw in the material to be conveyed. The two rotors separate the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in sequence.Operation to 1 position, only the inlet is filled with media, to 2 position, 2 chamber closed part of the media leadership to position 3, 1 chamber is also closed part of the media, to position 5, in the outlet connected to the media that is transported to the outlet!
