1. Frame structure
Steel structure material is high quality carbon steel which is accordance with national standard. Steel parts and fasteners are
processed according to "GB/T1912-2002 Technical Requirements and Test Methods of Hot-galvanized Layer for Metal Coating Steel
Production". Inside and outside hot galvanized steel should meet the national standard (GB/T3091-93) requirements of quality
products. Galvanized layer should have thickness uniformity, no burr.


2. Tempered glass
1.Safety: if the glass is broken, the debris will be similar to small honeycomb broken obtuse particles, will not cause human damage.

2.High strength: the impact strength of tempered glass of the same thickness is 3 ~ 6 times of ordinary glass, and the bending
strength is also 3 ~ 6 times of ordinary glass.

3.Thermal stability: tempered glass has strong thermal stability, the temperature difference is 3 times that of ordinary glass, can withstand the temperature difference of 200℃.



3. Outside shading system
In the summer when indoor temperature rise to a certain value, it can reflect a part of the sun and diffuse sunshine into the
greenhouse according to the different shading rate, achieving the purpose of cooling temperature. Close sunshade screen, at the
same time the greenhouse temperature drop 4 ~ 6℃, reduce temperature in the greenhouse. By choosing different shading rate
curtain, it can meet the sunshine demand of different crops.


4. Internal shading system
This system is installing inner sunshade net in the greenhouse.In summer, it can reduce the inner temperature, and in winter and in night, it can prevent the heat running off. It has two types, ventilation type and thermal insulation type.


5. Roof ventilation system
Performed is by a tooth rack mechanism. The gear rack is to perform with transverse connections. Motor shaft with 32*2.5mm galvanized in bearing plates. The supply includes tooth racks for the greenhouse. The driving is by reduction motors type Jiajie. The motors are based on a voltage of 220/380 V- phase 50 Hz. The motors are provided with built-in emergency stops and limit switches.


Cooling system
The water is circulated through a pump station and is fed onto the cooling pad with a distribution manifold. As the water dispenser flows down inside the honeycomb, it evaporates with the heat received from the outside air. The air leaving the honeycomb is therefore cooled and moistened.
