Rubber expand joint are pipeline joints with high elasticity, high air tightness, moderate resistance, and weather resistance. Rubber joint is a composite rubber pipe composed of an inner rubber layer, a fabric reinforcement layer (with multiple layers of scraped nylon cord), an intermediate rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, and an end reinforced metal ring or steel ring. After high-temperature and high-pressure vulcanization, it is loosely combined with a metal flange or parallel joint.
