How to identify the quality of sponge？




After pressing the sponge with your finger, release it immediately, a good sponge can quickly return to the original height, and a poor sponge will recover slowly. Based on 6,000 die cuts per hour of the automatic die-cutting machine, each die cutting process is 0.6 seconds, requiring the sponge to withdraw the die cutting material within about 0.2 seconds, and the slow-recovery sponge cannot do this at all. The right sponge needs to be of high quality, as well as a hardness and type that matches the speed of the die cutter. If you press the sponge for 2 minutes to do the test, and measure the difference between the height restored after the sponge is compressed and the original height, the good sponge is the same as the original one, while the poor sponge will be shorter. Such a gap causes the die-cutting material to be unable to withdraw, and the phenomenon of overlapping cutting occurs, and high speed die cutting is impossible.
