1. What is your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But we accept lower quantities for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you
need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place larger orders after checking the quality of our products
and our service.

2. Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide an exciting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable
when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account,
it's fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, we will ship with our account. It
normally takes about 2-4 days to reach.

3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days to reach, at no charge. If you want to apply your design, it'll take up to 5-7 days,
subject to your designs, whether they need a new printing screen, etc.

4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my design?
With our designer in-house, so you can send us jpg., ai., cdr. or pdf., etc. We will make 3D drawings for molding or printing
screens for your final confirmation based on technique.

6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need and we will match the
colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

7.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight
