1, Non-stop/continuous rotating needs magnet in middle frame and PCB (with coil) in outer frame, and so it needs cost and a higher price.
2, Some supplier's so-called rotation is by wind, or hand, will finally stop, but some still intentionally confuse rotation and non-stop rotation, to offer a so-called deceptive lower price.
Generally speaking, rotation function is as follows,
1, All 3 inches, or 85 mm globe floating photo frame is not with non-stop self-rotating function, but ok for customization.
2, All 106(about 4 inches) or bigger globe, from us at least, are with non-stop rotating function, but not all on market.
So, please check this before you buy.
