PPC type air box pulse bag dust collector.
The dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet of the dust collector's air box (the 32 series enters from the ash hopper) and is diverted to the ash hopper through the inclined partition. At the same time, the air flow speed slows down. Due to inertia, the coarse dust particles in the gas fall into the ash hopper, and the fine dust particles are bent upward into the filter chamber with the air flow. The dust adheres to the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper cleaning chamber. The gas is collected from each sub-cleaning chamber through the air outlet and is sucked out by the main fan of the dust collection system and discharged into the atmosphere.
