The input and output guide rails use reinforced synchronous belts to transport the glass to solve the sliding phenomenon of the rear heavy glass synchronous belts;
The specially designed brush holder structure can quickly replace the brush (without dismantling the motor and water tank);
24V safety voltage control and open door power-off protection, the use and operation are more assured and safer;
The hand pump lubricates the front guide rail to move the carriage; the glass input guide rail adds a synchronous lifting mechanism;
The key structural parts such as the base, column, front guide rail and rear guide rail adopt anti-deformation casting structure; (the middle column is welded)
The 3-column structure of the main frame improves the rigidity of the machine and effectively prevents the deformation of the beam;

The synchronous belt drive shaft bearing is sealed with a skeleton oil seal, and the synchronous belt drive shaft bearing seat sleeve can be easily disassembled (the drive sprocket shaft is not removed)
