Question 1. Can you make the goods based on our requirement?
Yes, We can do the OEM, please send your detail requirements to us and we will give you quotation first.
Question 2. Do you have stock?
Sorry that we only provide customized service for customers own designs, no stocks for wholesale, most model samples is for reference only.
Question 3. How can I get the samples?
We can make samples for you to run tests on but there will be sample costs and expresscharges. Generally, we sent the sample via express and arrived in 3-7 days.
Question 4. How to make the order?
Please send us your purchase order via Email or contact us in any our product's homepage. you can request us to send you the proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
1)Product information: Quantity, Artwork, Specifications (Size, Material, Finish and Packing requirements etc).
2)Required Delivery Time.
3)Shipping information: Company Name, Street address, Phone&Fax number, Destination Sea Port, etc.
4)Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.
Question 5. What's your delivery time?
It depends on what you're printing. Generally speaking, it takes 1 to 2 weeks for printing after you approve the PDF proofs and about 1 week for air shipping, 30-50 days for sea shipping.
Question 6. What payment options do I have?
You can pay via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or with a credit card on Alibaba.
