1.The horizontal carbonization furnace; 

horizontal carbonization furnace is specially used for log, wood, jute stick, and other long rod-type biomass characteristics adopts horizontal structure, cart entry, and exit raw material and the advanced hot gas dry carbonization process technology, using a unique carbonization flue gas (volatile hydrogen material and tar, etc.) Back Burning Technology, make full use of the flue gas produced by carbonization process, meet the thermal needs of carbonization furnace itself, greatly increase the carbonization rate, the carbonization rate increased from 80% to more than 95%, and easy to operate, safety and environmental protection, high production efficiency, can save a lot of energy, is the ideal equipment for carbonizing the long rod type biomass material. The combination mode of multiple devices, use carbonized flue gas in tandem, can reduce fuel consumption during carbonization production and improve the enterprise benefit.

2.The Hoisting carbonization furnace;

The hoisting carbonization furnace is specially used for the big wood materials, its carbonization rate can be up to 99%,it's smokeless and pollution-free. The raw materials are carbonized into carbon rods after 6-10 hours. The inner tank and the combustion chamber are independent individuals, which can realized continuous work and can produce carbon 2-3 times 24hours per day. The exhanust pipe collects are recovered gas, which is recovered, purified, and recycled for heating in the furnace. The recovery rate is as high as 90%, and the energy is saved by 75%. Good sealing effect, the overall structure is simple and easy to understand and operate.

3. The continuous carbonization furnace;

The continuous carbonization furnace is especially used for small piece wood, like sawdust, grinded coconut shell,grinded bamboo, grinded palm trees etc.

The complete set of the equipment has 4-6 thermocouple, which is called 4-6 temperature detection point(installation location:the main furnace and auxiliary furnace, biogas outlet, waste smoke in, waste smoke out, biochar outlet) which all connected to the PLC. Operator can et those dates intuitively from PLC aand adjust the fan speed accordingly to ensure the quality of the biochar(Note:the reation temperature and time will affect the quality of biochar.)

Taking wood chips and rice husks as example, it takes about 150-25minutes from feeeding to discharging. The particle size, density, moisture content of the materials and the requirement of the finished charcoal will all affect the carbonization time. And each ton of materials with a moistre conten of less than 10% can obtain finished charcoal 280-310kgs, which is basically maintained at 3:1.
