Direction for use

* Consisit of a Power end assembly, a fluid end assembly and a reduction gearbox assembly.

* The gearbox could be mounted either on right or left side of the pump. ( There are 16 different positions for installation)

* Spare parts interchangeable with spm.

* Different plunger sizes (3'', 3 1/2'', 4'', 4 1/2'') to achieve different flow rate under different pressure. ( Please refer to
the following parameter table)

Quality Control

Process control: process technology and process inspection shall be carried out

Hydrostatic pressure test: on high-pressure fluid components and issue test report

Running-in Test: Performance of High Pressure Plunger Pump

Conduct the combined test: on the whole vehicle (sledge)equipment (or skid unit) according to the test outline, and fill in the test outline record;
