A2. Yes. Organix Concept is not providing a product only. But a one-stop service hub from a cool product, a cool packaging
together with cool promotional images. Besides, Organix Concept can also help you to design and develop OEM / ODM products together.
Q3. Can I have a sample order?
A3: Yes. Organix Concept welcome sample order to test and quality check.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A4: For sample to small quantity order, it will take usually 3-5 days depending on your location. For mass production, time needs will be around 45-60 days. For customized design, will depend on the complexity of the requirements.
Q5. Do you have any MOQ limited for order?
A5: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. For customized logo, will depend on the complexity of the requirements which usually starting from 100 pcs and up. For ODM / OEM order , MOQ 2000pcs.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A6: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 7-10 days to arrive. By air or by sea are also available.

A7: Visa, Mastercard, TT, PayPal, Bank Transfer are all good.
Q8. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A8: Yes. Just send your logo and we will make a sample for your approval.
Q9: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Organix Concept will provide 1 year warranty from the date of shipment to the Buyer, this warranty cover product (s) with manufacturing defects ONLY, any mis-use of the product or any other issues will not be covered. Organix reserves the rights to change these terms and condition at any time without prior notice.
