2,How long does it take to get a plan or drawing?
If you have all of the basic items above before you call us that will expedite the process. 2-4 days is our usual turnaround time for an initial design and quote. If you have a large or complex project that requires theme development,it may take a bit longer.
3,What is your warranty?
Apsaras warrants that our playgrounds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date the Play Unit installation is completed. Our sales representatives are available to discuss with you the details of our limited warranty. Call our foreign trade department at 0752-2588884 for more service.
4,Do you sell "used" equipment?
No. Playground equipment is required to meet stringent safety standards. Used equipment may not meet those requirements as we can not certify how well they were maintained. Our company only sells OEM factory new equipment to ensure a quality product.
5,Does your equipment meet  CE and other international codes?
Our factory designs and builds our equipments to meet US safety standards for CE and German standards for GS. Some countries utilize different standards. If you have questions about whether a specific playground component meets another country's standards,just ask and we will find out for you.
