A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. Meanwhile, we can help you to develop structure and designs if you have a general idea as we have a strong R&D team.
Q: Can I produce my own design?
A: Yes, We can support OEM/ODM. You can send me your Artwork Formats：PDF, AI, CDR, DWG, TIFF, JPG, PSD (at least 300dpi) . And all your request details including: Material, Size, Pieces, Box design. ect
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually, we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, Terms of payment: 30% deposit, balance to be paid before the products delivery. We’d like to suggest to use Alibaba trade assurance for contract.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: It usually takes 20 to 30 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If it’s fragile we will make wooden frame. And we also can pack according to your requirements.
