1）When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us.
2）What is your payment terms?
Our payment term is T/T 30% deposit once order placed, 70% balance before shipment
3）How do you control the quality of the goods?
We have strict quality control in every production process. Thorough QC inspection will be taken before shipment.
You can arrange the third party inspection company come to our factory to inspect the goods after mass production has been finished.
4）How much is the sample fee?
The sample fee is all depends on structure of your sample, Usually it is USD50-200. but if there are many embroideries or
printings, and it is very complex the sample fee will be higher.
The sample fee will be refunded to you when you place order up to 3,000pcs
5）What about the lead time for mass production?
Our maximum production capacity is around 100,000pcs /month. In general, the production leadtime is about 25-35days but it depends
on order quantity, product complexity and season of the order placed.
6）Can you make my own design?
Yes, we can custom made products for you. You can give your logo and idea to us and we can provide the design work.
7）What kind of materials are used to make each plush toy?
Our experienced design group will determine what kinds of different fabrics and materials that are required to match your
artwork,drawing, sketch or cartoon.
