1, How is your quality?

Products sold domestically have passed 3C and safety regulations; products sold abroad have passed CE, Rohs, FCC, GS, ETL, CB and other certifications. For details, please consult our salesperson;

2. Can you provide customized services?

Yes, customers only need to provide your customization requirements, and we will operate according to your requirements (logo, color box, etc.)

3. Sample delivery time? Can I get free sample? 

Sample making time is 7-10 days, and Company policy states that all customers who request samples are required to pay sample fees and shipping costs. The sample fee will be refunded when you place an order.

4. What is the lead time for production?

The production lead time is 45-60days after deposit received and artworks confirmed.

5. I would like to know your payment terms?

We can do T/T or LC, usually we prefer T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance after goods inspection before shipment, because T/T is more convenient and saves time.
