Q: Few hair shedding:

A: The hair implantation process is by handwork, not every hair be implanted in completely, even we’ve combed the hair couple of times before packed in box, still some hair was escaped, it would fall off at beginning, after few times washing or finger combing, that wouldn’t happen anymore.

 

Q: Gray hair

A: The hair is natural human hair form donors, it does not exists some gray hair in hair growth, we have selected it out manually, but may few grey hair missing

 

Q: About smell

A: A little smell is supposed to be normal when you open the box, after washing it would be disappears, the odor came from hair’s high heat steam sterilization

 

Q: Makeup

A: Most of our mannequin head have applied makeup already, we do not recommend remove by use nail polish remover, (acetone), because some color have penetrated in face, difficult to clean completely
