Construction Method:
1. Simple cleaning of floating ash, oil stains and floating rust on the surface of the substrate (with a wire brush).
2. Spray or brush rust converter for about an hour, and then proceed to the next step after the surface is dry.
3. Spray waterproof paint or top coat.
