BL Series Horizontal Airflow Screen
The horizontal airflow screen is cylindrical and placed in the machine body. After the material passes through the rotary conveying system, it is mixed with the airflow and atomized into the mesh cylinder. The wind wheel blades in the mesh cylinder make the material simultaneously subjected to centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion force, thus forcing the material to spray through the mesh and be discharged from the fine material outlet. The material that cannot pass through the mesh is discharged from the coarse material outlet along the mesh cylinder wall.
Working Principle
The horizontal airflow screen is in the shape of a cylinder and is placed in the body. After the material passes through the spiral conveying system, it is mixed with the airflow and atomized into the mesh cylinder. The material is subjected to centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion force at the same time through the wind wheel blades in the mesh cylinder, thereby forcing the material to spray through the mesh and be discharged from the fine material outlet.
The material that cannot pass through the mesh is discharged from the coarse material outlet along the wall of the cylinder; the airflow screen utilizes the characteristics of small and light weight, easy floating and good fluidity of powder particles to fully diffuse them into the airflow.
