If you have carrier account,it will be fine to ship with your account which takes about 2-7days to arrive you.
If delivery through Alibaba service,it"s much cheaper but takes around 6-10days.
3.How long is sample lead time?
-->For existing samples with privately labelling paste ,it takes 2-5 days.
If you need customized logo or design,it takes around 7-10 days.
4.How long is the production lead time?
-->15-25days for quantity within 100Kpcs.
For those items available with low MOQ 1000pcs,we can offer within 15days.
5.What format of file do you need if we want our own design？
-->JPG,AI,CDR or PDF etc.(AI will be the best for complicated designs.)
6.What is your payment term?
-->Our normal payment term is TT,30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance payment before delivery.
We usually do FOB delivery terms and payment terms T/T or Trade Assurance Service from Alibaba.com.
