Jaw crusher is a kind of stone crushing machine which is widely used as primary or secondary crusher.Jaw crusher is widely used in various industries, such as mining, road and railway construction, building construction,water conservation and chemical industry etc. It could crush kinds of minerals and rocks with compression strength less than 320MPa, such as quartz, granite, basalt, limestone, river stone, sandstone, shale, iron ore, copper ore, gold ore etc.

1.Movable Jaw:The movable jaw assembly is composed of high-quality steel casting (weld assembly); large flywheel (pulley) adopts in block casting process.
2.Integral Cast Steel:Integral cast steel structure is adopted for bearing seat. The integral bearing seat can't only enhances the radial strength but also reduces cost.
3.Tooth-type Plate:The adoption of tooth-type jaw plate increases the capacity and lengthens the maintenance period of spare parts.
4.Integrated Motor:Integrated motor frame, which reduces installation space and length of "V" belt.

Work Principle
The motor drives the belt wheel,and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft,when the movable jaw down,the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets smaller,and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target.when the movable jaw rises,the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes larger,the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and spring,and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.

Application: It is used for primary crushing (coarse crushing) and medium crushing of materials.
Feed size: 100 mm-1200 mm for relatively larger stones.
Output size: 10 mm-360 mm, the discharge port has a wide adjustment range.
