Automatic 3 Axis 4 Axis 5 Axis Laser Welding Machine
This type of laser welding machine is special for automatic laser welding applications. It adopted CW type fiber source with laser energy feedback system and is easy to operate.

Equipped with a CCD monitoring system and advanced control software, the fiber laser welder makes accurate positioning,auto-focuses on the welding parts, and produces high-tensile tight seams with top visual quality. With fixtures and rotating devices, you gain boosted welding efficiency by quickly welding similar products in large quantities and with high consistency.

Suitable for welding of the kettle, vacuum cup, stainless steel bowl, sensor, tungsten wire, high power diode (triode), aluminum alloy laptop shell, mobile phone battery, door handle, mould, electric apparatus fittings, filter, nozzle, stainless steel products, gol head, and zinc alloy artworks.

Weld point, straight line, circle, square, weld vertical track.

1. It gives more design freedom to create various seam shapes.
2. X, Y, Zelectric three-axis stroke 600*400*400(optional), can reach repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05.
3. Optional laser generators, such as Fiber laser, YAG, QCW high-speed splitter, semiconductor, etc.
