Spiral Tube Making Machine Round Duct Forming Machine
Spiral duct is a thin-walled tube with spiral bite seams made of metal strips. It is round, weld-free, airtight and watertight. It is mostly used for air supply and bulk material transportation, replacing traditional galvanized iron pipes (i.e. hand-sewn iron pipes).

Spiral round duct forming machine
The fully automatic spiral duct machine is composed of four sets of molds, including an electric feeding rack, a seven-roller leveling machine, a rib pressing machine and a hydraulic angle shearing machine, a hydraulic shearing machine, a hydraulic bending machine, an industrial control computer and production software. It automatically completes the cutting production of rectangular ducts and the automatic size production of various types of hardware boxes.
The electrical control part is fully computer-controlled. The control system has a closed-loop feedback system, and the production accuracy and stability are significantly improved. Its maximum working speed is 10 meters/minute. The length error is ±0.5mm and the diagonal error is ±0.8mm. This system can meet the production capacity of 1000M2 square ducts in a single shift.
