Our MOQ differs from 50pcs to 200pcs each size per different designs.

For our stock designs, 1-3days. For custom designs, 15-25days.

3. What’s the turnaround time/lead time for mass production?
20-25days normally. 25-35days during busy time. For large QTY, pls check with us.

4. The item I received is broken ,what should I do?
Every piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected before being packed and is carefully packed before we ship it. But during the shipping, the package may be handled roughly.
