Q1. Can you do customized designs and package?
Yes, OEM service is available.
Q2. What is your OEM service procedures?
Confirm the artwork from customer, to modify and then making the samples.
Making counter sample within 2-3 days. (sample fee required and will be back after the order)
After the quality, the price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production.
Confirm the shipment detail of products and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.
Q3. What is your MOQ and price？
MOQ is 500 pairs each color each size,but if the customer can accept the higher price,than 200 pairs is ok.
Our FOB price is based on your designs, material, size and the quantity.
Q4. How about your sample fee and sample time?
If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect.
If you need your own design or we have no socks in stock, it takes $ 50/style/color/size with freight collect according to your requirements. But it is refundable after order taken.
Use the available yarn in maket, Sample time is about 4-5 days after design confirmed.
Use the dyed yarn , Sample time is about 10-15 days after design confirmed.
Q5. What’s your delivery time?
Generally,if the socks are simple ,we will arrange shipment within25 days,if with accessories ,then needs extra time to ship, tights near 45-60 days to ship.
If the goods are in stock, we will arrange shipment within 1-4days after receiving the payment.If urgent, we can also meet your requirement.
