Description
Polyurethane waterproof coating is a single-component polyurethane waterproof coating made from isocyanate, polyether, and other components through addition polymerization reaction. It includes isocyanate-based prepolymers, catalysts, anhydrous agents, anhydrous fillers, solvents, etc., processed through mixing and other procedures. This type of coating is a reaction-curing type (humidity curing) coating with characteristics such as high strength, large elongation, and excellent water resistance. It has a strong adaptability to substrate deformation. Polyurethane waterproof coating is a liquid-applied, single-component environmentally friendly waterproof coating. It is primarily composed of imported polyurethane prepolymers without additives such as tar and asphalt. Upon contact with moisture in the air, it cures to form a solid, resilient, seamless integral membrane on the substrate surface.

2. The construction temperature should be between 5-45°C. Avoid performing other tasks on the coating before it is dry to prevent damage to the protective layer and ensure waterproofing effectiveness.
3. After opening, try to complete the application within 30 minutes to prevent the coating from solidifying due to prolonged exposure to air. The construction is considered complete when it remains dry within 24 hours after application.

Due to the low temperatures in winter, the product may experience partial solidification. This is because the product utilizes a water-based environmentally friendly formula. Therefore, during winter construction, it is important to place the tightly sealed product on a radiator or soak it in warm water before use. Only proceed with the application after the material has melted completely.
