The infrared lamp tube is made according to the principle of heat radiation. The tungsten wire in the lamp tube converts the
electric energy into infrared radiation wave under the action of voltage, and the wavelength ranges from 780 nm to 1 mm. It is a
strong radiation from a thermal object, so it is also called thermal radiation. In the screen printing, the ink is accelerated to
dry, usually using infrared IR-A (780nm-1400nm). General infrared lamps are classified into near-infrared lamps and far-infrared
lamps.
Near Infra-red (NIR, IR-A DIN): 750~1400nm
Short Wave Long Infra-red (SWIR, IR-B DIN): 1400~3000nm
Medium Wave Infra-red (MWIR, IR-C DIN): 3000-8000nm
Long Wave Infra-red (LWIR, IR-C DIN): 8000-15000nm
Far infrared ray (FIR): 50000nm~1mm
The International Commission on Illumination divides infrared into three categories:
IR-A: 700-1400nm
IR-B: 1400-3000nm
IR-C: 3000-10000nm
