For the complicated patch designs,it can't do the merrow border. A hot cut border is recommended for iron on backing patches..Laser cut border usually use for some very complicated patch designs to get a patch shape without extra background..

How To Use The Iron On Patches
-Patches can be ironed onto cotton,denim and wool.
-DO NOT APPLY iron on patches to waterproof rainwear,high elasticized fabrics,cotton and polyester fiber blends work best.
-When using an iron,set it to cotton(up to 350 degrees farenheit).
-Place adamp cloth over the patch and iron onto desired fabric or garment while applying firm pressure for 30-60 seconds
-Allow the patches to cool 5 minutes.
-Turn fabric over or garment inside -out and iron the area behind the patch applying firm pressure again for 30-60 seconds
-Allow the patches to cool minutes again.. Then working done.
