1. What is the MOQ?
Customized order MOQ is 500 pcs. If simple customization, we accept 100-300 pcs order as well. If only laser logo, 10 pcs would be ok. Please feel free to let us know your requests. We Believe you will increase the order quantity after checking the quality of our products and our service.
2. Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide an exciting sample for free.But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it's fine to ship with your account. if not, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance order. we will ship with our forwarder. It normally takes about 3-9 days to reach.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days to reach, at no charge. If you want to
apply your design, it'll take up to 5-7 days, subject to your designs, whether they need a new printing screen, etc.

4. How long is the production lead time?
Our standard production time is 20 days for a 1000-2000 pcs order. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.
5. What format of the file do you need for custom design?
High res jpg., AI., cdr. or PDF., etc. We will make 3D drawings for molding or printing screens for your final confirmation based on technique.
6.What is the payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30%-50% initial payment after order signed and 50%-70% balance against production pictures and videos.
