A1: Products are shipped without a retail box (without original box)by default in order to reduce shipping costs.
Q2: Can you send the product with original box?
A2: We can send some products in the original box, the original box is free but you need to bear the increased shipping cost and may be damaged in transit. If it can be folded and sent,
we will try to fold it and send it to reduce the chance of damage to the original box (folding is according to the shape of thebox, not from the middle)
