3.Can have a product sketch printed outside of the package;

Q1. Can I have a sample order for metal locker?

 A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

 A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 15-25 days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit ?

 A: 20 MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

 A: For sample, We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is suitable for bulk production.

Q5.Trade terms?
1. Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance paid against copy BL . Or L/C at sight, Alibaba trade assurance.
2. Lead time : normally in 4 weeks after deposit received .
3. Sample product : Sample can be prepared before mass production . Samples can be ready in 7 days once payment received .

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. We also can make the color and design as you need.

Q7. Can you produce the products as I need?

A: Yes. Different Dimensions and styles available, color can also make as customer's require.
