 The drop in cold food well salad bar is a dependable way to present salad, fruit, gelatin desserts, and other cold foods at your buffet! This cold food well incorporates LiquiTec cooling technology, a unique system which works by using eutectic fluid sealed in a jacket within the pan dividers, cooling each pan with more contact points and a much larger surface area than traditional refrigerant line models. The end result is consistent, even cooling, fewer compressor cycles, and better energy efficiency than comparable cold food wells!

This cold food well can hold four GN1//1 food pans up to 6" deep at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time. To maintain a consistent temperature, the bottom-mounted 1/4 hp compressor circulates environmentally-friendly refrigerant to cool the LiquiTec fluid, which evenly chills the contents of the well. A 1/2" stainless steel drain lets you empty condensation at your convenience.

This stainless steel drop in refrigerated cold food well is insulated with high-density foam that guarantees superior temperature retention, and an included fitted flange gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop.
