A: We mainly produce all kind of gift boxes, corrugated boxes and tube boxes ,promotional paper bags, paper card
,catalogue &magazine, brochures, children's books , envelopes,adhesive label and related pape paper.
Q: When we creat the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, AI
Q: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
Generally,5-7 days for samples making
- The lead time of mass production will depends on quantity, production art etc.
For your information, one month can made about 600000pcs board books.
Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
- No.We work on OEM orders. That means size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution etc will depend on your requests.
Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.
Q: Do you inspect the finished products?
--Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before shipping.
Q: How do you ship the finished products?
- By sea (35-45 days,cheap,but slow,use for big volume)
- By plane (15-20days,most of our clients like this way)
- By courier, TNT,DHL, UPS,FEDEX etc. (3-7days,fast but expensive,use for small goods)
You can ask your own shipping company pick up goods from our factory.
Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
-We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
Q: which payment method you can accept?
-We accept T/T.western union and alibaba Tade Assurance for the payment method.
