2. What kind of audit or certificate you have?
-----BSCI, DISNEY, WALMART, etc.

3. May I get a sample to check the quality first?
----Yes, sample could be provided based on your request. Sample charge is around $20~100 and can be refunded when you place the order. Also you can send us your samples and then we make counter samples to send for your checking.

 4. What about the sample time and mass production time?
----Sample time: 2-7 working days
----Mass production time: 30-45 days after the sample & order are confirmed.

5. What's the payment terms? How should I pay if I place the order?
-----Usually it is T/T (30% deposit & 70% against copy of BL), besides, L/C is also workable. For small amount, you can pay by PayPal. For amount more than USD$500, you can pay by Bank Wire.

6. How do you assure the quality ?
----We have strict quality control. When the raw materials arrive, we have the first-round of inspection. Before releasing the materials to the workshop, we have the second-round of inspection. During mass production, we arrange inspection for semi-finished products. After mass production, we have the final procedure of inspection. Besides, for most of the products, we have one-year warranty.
