1. How to proceed the order, if we need put logo on the caps?
Just send the logo by emall, attached the picture by PDF or JEPG files, and inform us right color onthe pantone, and next we wil produce a real sample for your second confirmation. if sample is ok.finally we will go to mass production.
2. Can you send free samples for quality check?
Sample charge depends on customer's hat deslgn, shipping fee should be pald by buyer if needcheck sample in hand.
3. How does your factory apply quality control?
We have professional QC Staffs, there are 4 processes we focus our attention on.
A: Checking the bulk fabrics' quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness ofwashing and light etc.
B: Checking the logos’ production, such as thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc.
C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength ofattachment etc.
D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing, but before packing.
4. Terms of transportation?
By sea or air shipment,normal forwarder and nominated forwarder are both okay. By express, DHL、UPS、TNT、FEDEX, etc.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal for trade assurance order, T/T, L/C, If choose in T/T,usually is 30% deposit and pay 70% deposit before shipment.
