The installation of cockpit wiring is quick and convenient. The controller has good stability and faults are easy to troubleshoot.The wiring in the engine compartment is humid, with temperature differences and dust, which is a severe test for electronic components and is the fundamental reason for the instability of many controllers.
Detailed description of the basic functions of the electric pedal
①Pedal development:If one or two doors on one side of the vehicle are open, the pedal on that side will remain open, the pedalson that side will remain open until both doors are closed.
②Pedal retraction:lf both doors on one side of the vehicle are closed, the pedal on that side will remain retracted until one orboth doors are opened.
③Anti-pinch protection:When the anti-pinch decision is triggered the action, the current action will pause and pedal will expanduntil the new state changes, the pedal will execute the relative command.
④Ride protection function:When the car speed reaches more 5km/h, the driving protection is triggered, the pedal retracts automatically and does not open with the door status, recover until the speed drops below 5km/h.
⑤Sleep wake strategy:The status of the left front door, left rear door, right front door, and right rear door does not change within 30seconds, and the ECU enters low power mode. The status of the left front door, left rear door, right front door,and right rear door status changes, the Ecu exits the low power mode. The static operating current of the ECU is30mA and less than 2mA after hibernation.

↑Aluminum alloy die-casting movable bracket↑
When others use carbon steel welded brackets to reduce costs, we insist on using aluminum alloy die-casting movable brackets, aluminum alloy CNC precision machining, mold die-casting molding, light weight, high precision, surface treatment through phosphating, vibration, powder spraying, electrophoresis and other processes, strong corrosion resistance tolerance coefficient in the micrometer level.
Most of the carbon steel welded brackets are manually bent using iron plates, which cannot guarantee the accuracy of the movement. Electrophoresis without any process treatment on the surface is prone to rusting, corrosion, and abnormal noise. The strength is too high, which can easily deform and cause secondary damage to the vehicle when encountering impacts and scratches.

The car code brackets and aluminum alloy die-casting movable brackets are screwed in place and are removable for easy post-maintenance and versatility of the aluminum brackets. Obviously, welded brackets are not removable and are not universal.
↑Design of anti-dust cover for Brasket↑

The design of anti-dust cover is effectively preventing sediment and water stains. It also prevents the pedal movement mechanism from generating abnormal noise and undesirable operation during the stretching process.
In order to reduce costs， no dust cover is used, The exposed shaft sleeve can easily invade bracket assembly due to long-term use of sediment, which poses a great challenge to the usage environment of the pedal bracket, This is also the main reason abnormal pedal noise and bracket deformation.
↑Saint Gobain Shaft Sleeve↑
When others use carbon steel copper plated shaft sleeves, we have already used the Saint Gobain shaft sleeves that are commonly used by Land Rover electricpedals.Adopting the unique process of Saint Gobain in France, the aluminum alloy substrate is supplemented by a 304 stainless steel mesh structure, with up to five layers of sintering treatment. The inner surface is composite with wear-resistant material PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), forming a unique uneven structure with the advantages of self draining, self lubrication, wear resistance,and high strength. it fully combines the sewage function of nylon shaft sleeves with wear resistance and high strength of copper plated shaft sleeves.
Nylon Bearing sleeve has poor wear resistance and is subject to thermal expansion due to environmental impact . It is easy to wear,and the accuracy decline is easy to cause the bracket to become loose.The use environment of copper platedbearingsleeve is easy to rust,not discharge pollutants,and easy to accumulate dust and dirt,causing abnormal noise and increasing friction coefficient.
