[Q]: Where is your factory located? How can I visit?
[A]: Our factory is located in Southeast of China. Our city is Quanzhou in Fujian Province.;All our clients are warmly welcome to visit us. We will arrange to pick you up from Jinjiang airport or Quanzhou railway station.

[Q]:How can I get some samples?
[A]:We are honored to offer you samples. A4 sheet size samples are provide free, just tell us your express account to bear the frieght please.

[Q]:How about the sample time and sample fee?
[A]: The fabric sample making need about 10 days after having your sample. The sample fee is based in the material and design.

[Q]:How do you do the QC?
[A]:We do per ISO9001 Quality System, there are at least 4 inspection step before delivery: 1.raw material inspection, 2.semi-finished fabric inspection,3.finished fabric inspection, 4. finished product inspection.

[Q]:Can you help me make my own design?
[A]:Sure. We accept OEM order.

[Q]:Can you add my logo on the product?
[A]:Yes,custom logo are welcome.

[Q]:How do you deal with the product with defect? (after-sale service)
[A]: Before order, please feel free to tell us all your worry, we'll try our best to meet your satification. Once you find any defect after you receive the goods, kindly don't hesitate to contact us before your treatment.
