3. Q: Can I put my design logo on the items?
A: Sure,We offer custom services , we can customize your own designs and fix your own logo and hang tag on product, and we can pack the goods as per your requirements.
4. Q:Can I get a sample before bulk order & what’s your sample policy?
A: Yes,we are happy to make samples for your testing before you order. In view of the first cooperation with each other, we will charge USD50.00 per sample. But the sample fee just is a symbol, we will refund you this sample charge once your order is confirmed and meet our minimum quantities.
5. Q: What’s the sample time and production lead time?
A: The sample time is 3 days and the produciton lead time is 7-15 days after full payment or deposit settled..
6. Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: For small orders, 10% in advance; for big orders, 10~30% deposit and 70% balance settled before shipment
