Q1.Which three trading methods do we accept?

A: The first: sample trading within 3 days of delivery.

The second : the customer has his own brand and needs to send an email to me to authorize the use and packaging. Delivery time is 15-20 days.

Third: customers do not have their own brand, we need to design the logo and packaging. Pay the design cost of RM2000 per logo in advance, which will take about 10 days. After confirmation, start printing, packaging and delivery, which will take about 15 days.

Q2.What's the payment term?

A: We need customers to pay 2000RMB in advance. Then we started to design the logo and packaging. It takes about 10 days. After customers confirm the logo and packaging, We accept T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight, West Union,VISA,Paypal is also accepted.

Q3.What is the normal lead time for product orders?

A: Average lead times for prototype / first article are 3days, average production time after sample approval is 2-3 weeks.
