A4: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you) > Create artwork (me)> Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me) |
Q5: I need my product very urgent, how fast could you produce it? |
A5: Please don't worry, generally our production time is 12- 14 days. for most item, we need 5-9 days when in rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check the schedule and then arrange the fastest production time for you. |
Q6: I don't know the effect when it finished, I am afraid to place the mass order, could I get a product sample? |
A6: Of course. Don't worry, before the mass order, we could help you to do the sample first, when sample finished, we could send the picture and the video to you, when you confirm it, and then the mass order could be start. |
Q7: Do I need to pay the mold fee again when we purchase the same design again? |
A7:We just charge only one mold fee in 2 years, for we stock the molds in 2 years for free. |
