Plastic extruder PVC WPC door board/frame production line/WPC door jamb making machine/WPC door profile extrusion line
This unit is composed of conical double-screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutter, and material reversal stacker, etc. The extruder adopts AC frequency conversion drive system, and is simple to maintain. PVC and wood powder is mainly applied to produce WPC profiles such as building partition, cabinet door panels, windowsill, wall decorative panel, skirting, door frame, window shutters, photo frame, furniture edge banding, stair handrail, floor board, decoration cladding panel, plastic door and window profiles, aluminum-plastic composite profiles, decoration profiles, etc.
