Appilication
Yogurt Fermention
Instructions:
1. Clean the production container and blender with boiling water.
2. Open the individual package (1g), dissolve the powder in a small amount of milk, pour it into yogurt production container with 1L milk and stir. Make sure no powder stick to the bottom or sides of your container.
3. Place the container into yogurt machine and ferment for 6-8 hours at a temperature around 42-44°C (108-112°F).
4. Store in the fridge to stop fermentation and improve the flavor.
5. Add sugar, fruit, honey or jam to the yogurt as desired.
