Features:
(1) It has a high pumping speed within a wide pressure range;
(2) The rotor has good geometric symmetry, so it has low vibration and runs smoothly. There are gaps between the rotors and between the rotor and the housing, so no lubrication is required, and the friction loss is small, which can greatly reduce the driving power, thereby achieving a higher speed;
(3) There is no need for oil sealing and lubrication in the pump chamber, which can reduce the pollution of oil vapor to the vacuum system;
(4) There is no compression and exhaust valve in the pump chamber. The structure is simple and compact, and it is insensitive to dust and water vapor in the pumped gas;
(5) The compression ratio is relatively low, and the hydrogen pumping effect is poor;
(6) The rotor surface is a curved cylindrical surface with a relatively complex shape, which is difficult to process and inspect.

A: Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 Beijing Time and we will respond within 2 hours during working hours; we usually respond within 8-12 hours during non-working hours. Official holidays will be replied within 1 working day after the holiday.

A: Depending on the products, for vacuum pump there is a 12 months warranty for our export products from the date of shipment. If warranty has run out, our customer should pay for the replacement part. For accessories, we can change the damaged products.We always provide free consultation on installation and maintenance.
