QTJ4-40 concrete block making machine is one of the well sold models of our factory, This machine is very easy in operating. For this machine ,a larger reductor of high quality is equpped, its key rotary parts are changed into bearings, thickened square steel frame is used and wear resisting material is adopted for its inside sleeves for directional positioning for four guiding columns so that the service life of this machine can be largely prolonged.

 

Advantages of QTJ4-40 Concrete Block Machine to Make Concrete Blocks 

(1) adopt 350 reductor when other's 250 reductor

(2) for the steel frame 5mm, much stronger

(3) 2.2kw mortor, 3kw vibrator(upper mould) and 2x2.2kw vibrator(down mould), the hollow block

(4) Pressure 8-10Mpa, solid blocks pressure 10-12Mpa.

(5) For the moulds: high temperature carburizing heat treatment, it is durable.

(6) low investment for small scaled factory.
