Product Paramenters
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life
Pre-packaged reagents in 96-well plates are stored at room temperature. Shelf life is 12 months.
Applicable Instrument
Suitable for AU1001-96 and similar products.
Sample Requirements
Fresh samples. Test as soon as possible after sample collection. Store at 2–8°C for short-term storage and at -20°C or -80°C for long-term storage.
Operation Steps
1. Sample preparation
Swabs:
For wet swabs (swab in preservation liquid), please vortex the preservation liquid with swab thoroughly for 1 min. Then take 200μL of preservation liquid as an extraction sample.
For dry swabs, add 1 ml of 1×PBS Buffer to re-suspend. Vortex to mix well for 1 min and take 200μL as an extraction sample.
2. Pre-packaged deep-well plate preparation
2.1 Carefully remove the plastic film off the pre-packaged deep-well plate. Add 200μL of samples into each hole of Plate Station 1.
2.2 Carefully place all 5 plates into the extractor (for example, put plate 1 onto station 1, plate 2 onto station 2, etc.), and then insert the stirring sleeve into the card slot.
3. Extractor setup procedure
The procedure for setting up the nucleic acid extractor is as follows.
3.1 Parameter settings refer to the table.
3.2 After setting the parameters, click “Save” and “Download”. Then click "Run" to start.

Transfer the DNA/RNA solution
After the test is completed, transfer the DNA/RNA solution in the deep-well plate 6 to a clean nuclease-free centrifuge tube for direct downstream tests (or store at -20°C or below).
