A: We mainly provides reusable hot cold ice packs for forehead, ankles, shoulders, breast, neck, knees; ice gel pack; gel beads face mask; gel eye mask; wine cooler bag; hand warmer; baby bottle heat pack; gel lip mask; pet cooling gel mat; hot and cold thermal lunch bag etc.
Q: Are you factory?
A: Yes, we are manufacturer located in Dongguan, China, specialized in ice pack, hot&cold pack, eye gel pack etc. for more than 21 years.
Q: Is sample free for test?
A: Yes, we can provide some free standard samples or stock of finished goods for free test. But for customized samples, or unproduced product type, clients need to pay the new mould cost first and then it can be refund in next bulk order.
Q: How long does it take to make a sample with customized logo?
A: With printing, normally no more than 1 week. Without printing, existing moulds and materials, completed within 3 days.
Q: Is trial order acceptable?
A: Yes, trial order with lower MOQ for our first cooperation is welcomed.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Normally it takes 20-25days for order, depends on different items. For more information, please send us a message.
Q: How to choose the freezing point of gel and beads?
A: Ice packs used for food storage, 0 works best.
B: HOT/COLD PACK cold compress to reduce joint pain, -10 to -20 would be better.
C: Other temperature could be customized as clients' requirements.

A: All of our material, PVC, TPU, PE, Nynon AL and Gel are non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It can reach food grade and is approved by MSDS, SGS and CE report, also Costco test report, Walmart FCCA, TRA, USP51, USP61&62 etc.

A: Our common packing is each piece with a poly bag, then put into standard exported cartons. We can also supply color box, PVC, PET box, PVC EVA pouch poly bag with head or display box. Just according to your requirements.
Q: What is your acceptable payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit is paid in advance, final payment should be done before shipment.
