Platinum resistance temperature sensor
Platinum resistance temperature sensor is usually used to measure the temperature range of high precision, which is widely used in industrial automation, environmental monitoring and other fields. The working principle of platinum resistance temperature sensor is to use the corresponding change of the resistance value of metal platinum (Pt) when the temperature changes. This kind of sensor usually uses ceramic as the substrate, is plated with a layer of platinum, and a circuit is carved on the platinum layer. At 0 degrees Celsius, the resistance value in the circuit is usually 100 ohms or 500 ohms. As the temperature increases, the resistance value will increase according to a certain temperature coefficient, the temperature is measured by the current change in the circuit. Platinum resistance temperature sensor has the characteristics of high precision, good stability, good linearity, and fast response speed. It is often used in temperature detection and control equipment in medical, motor, satellite and other industries.
