Yes , of course , we can customize all our models with MOQ (based on design) , we can make such as silk-screen logo,laser engraving logo,embossed logo,hang tag,customized packing,sticker logo,etc. 

3. Do you have certification for this model ? 

For some models we have certification ready , but if you need we can make certification based on your request . 

4. What is your payment policy ? 

For first time order we can make 50% in advance and 50% before shipping , for future order, we can offer better deal even payment after received goods .

5. What is your refund policy ?

All products will take picture to you for checking the products is good before shipping , if it`s damaged during tranport please work with us together send us more pictures of damaged goods and envidence , our ship agent will take care of all lose.
