Application scenarios

Multiple pneumatic chuck spindle assembly modes can be applied to machine tools such as laser cutting machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, machining centers, and grinders.

For example, if a workpiece with a length of 1000mm and a diameter of 10mm needs to be processed.
If applied on a milling machine, the usage method is:
Install and fix the spindle box on the worktable of the milling machine, insert the workpiece from the front end of the JAC-15 chuck, and then run through the chuck and spindle box, extending from the tail end of the spindle box. Then, the pneumatic switch controls the clamping of the JAC-15 chuck, and the motor drives the pulley to drive it to the drive wheel on the spindle box, and then drives the JAC-15 chuck to rotate. Then start processing.
