Product Introduction:
The acid and alkali waste gas scrubber equipment is to operate the exhaust gas in countercurrent. The extracted waste gas enters from the bottom of the tower into the tower body and then passes through the packing layer from bottom to top, and finally is drained out through the anti-corrosion fan from the top pipe outlet. The neutralizing potion is sprayed evenly into the packing layer through the liquid distributor at the top of the tower, and then along the surface of the packing layer, it flows down to the bottom of the tower to be discharged from the tower by the pipeline, which works in cycles by the anti-corrosion circulating pump. The rising exhaust gas and the falling absorber are in constant contact in the packing layer, so the concentration of solute in the updraft is getting lower and lower, and then it meets the absorption requirement to be discharged outside the tower when it reaches the top of the tower. On the contrary, the concentration of the medium in the liquid is getting higher and higher, and it reaches the the process conditions at the bottom of the tower to be discharged outside the tower.
